I believe the photo speaks for itself. I caught these two (and their adorable dog) eating dinner and chatting together while camping this weekend.
My brother, puffing away on a cigarette. Always love watching the smoke swirl in the air.
One of the many bath houses in downtown Hot Springs. I absolutely love walking down the strip and taking in the sights.
I Am Jess
My true self, in three forms. Short, sweet, to the point.
My first attempt working with motion.
The dark sky after a storm and the eerie shape of the trees deserved a black and white shot.
“You Need It”
I always had a distaste for the notion that women “need” makeup. I wanted to represent a woman “painting on her face.”
The Creepy Doll
It had just finished storming when I found this at an abandoned home in the middle of nowhere. Definitely something from a horror film.
Look at Me
When you get a new camera for Christmas, what’s the first thing you do? Try out the macro with your eye as the subject, of course.
Flick a lighter a few times, set your camera to a low shutter speed, adjust the color a bit in Photoshop, and voila! You now have a miniature galaxy in the palm of your hand.
I wanted to try my hand at graphic design again. God, I missed it. This piece was inspired by “Go Your Own Way” by Fleetwood Mac. It’s worth a YouTube search.
Itsy Bitsy Spider
This little guy liked to live with my cactus on the front porch earlier in the spring. He was very photogenic, don’t you agree?
Rooted with the Cellphone
It’s crazy how attached we are as a society to our phones. I wanted to create a graphic design piece that displayed just that.
It’s been on the edge of my parents’ property for almost twenty years. My family and I suspect it’s where the neighbors hide their stash…
That moment when you’re in the middle of nowhere enjoying nature, and you find this. It definitely brought me out of my moment.
This beauty was spotted outside the local marina. It’s friend was camera shy.
Sunsets are my weakness. I was super happy to pass this one on my way home one day.
No vehicles beyond this point? Perfect.
